Estate Series fences are an ideal choice for any application.
The Estate Series is the backbone of our offerings. They are our most common cedar fences due to their appealing look at reasonable prices.
They’re built with flat 1” x 4” premium white cedar boards; all Estate Series fences are built custom to order and hand-nailed with aluminum ring shank nails. The Estate Series includes four major variations of fences, all four styles are typically offered with 5” x 5” square posts with a post cap, and a decorative cap strip nailed on top of each section.
Within the four major styles of the Estate Series there are several options to customize further. The Estate Screen is a solid privacy fence with a 4” scallop smoothly cut from the top of the section to offer a curved appearance, Straight Estate screen is straight across the top. Open Estate and Straight Open Estate share the same characteristics but with spaces between each board when privacy isn’t desired. As Open Estate options are custom built so we can vary the spacing to any preference but a 2” spacing is the standard.
The Newport Topper is a favorite among Essex County residents as it resembles a classic picket fence resting above a solid privacy fence section. This custom-built topper consists of Western Red cedar balusters with a rail across the middle and bottom, and is a special touch that can be added to almost all of our wood fences.
All of our toppers are made with first grade materials; and built to have perfectly symmetrical sections. Even though the topper’s name implies that it rests on top of one’s fence, it actually is seamlessly integrated into the fence’s architecture. The beauty of adding a topper is that it opens up the fence to a multitude of new design possibilities. Newport toppers can be custom built at any height and spacing variation to meet the unique needs of any customers’ preference.

Duxbury Lattice sections use prefabricated overlapping western red cedar lattice built inside a solid framework. Duxbury topper sections have shorter lattice sections built on top of a solid tongue and groove board panel.

Austin lattice uses white cedar that is cut and fastened together at our shop. It allows for several sizes of lattice openings to create differing degrees of visibility and varied aesthetics.

Stockade and Open Picket are our most traditional fences. Stockade provides functional privacy at a fair price. Open Picket is the semi private twist on Stockade. It is often installed at lower heights as they are not used for privacy.

The Newport fence has been one of our most popular styles over the last 35 years. The construction employs novel techniques and is extremely strong as a result. The balusters are clear western red cedar and the rails are attached to the posts with hidden stainless steel brackets
Post & Rail
Post & Rail
Post and Rail is great for the front yard providing a simple border or soft barrier from the street. Locust or Split Rail is a rustic product made from the hardy black locust tree. We can also attach wire to any Post and Rail fence to enclose dogs or keep young children from climbing through the rails.

Gates provide access and security to a space; all our gates are built after the posts are installed to ensure a perfect fit. Like all our wood fences we build all our gates in our shop with great attention to detail. Wood structures are most often paired with a gate to create a stunning focal point to any fence.
